These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and expectations for all cleaning services provided by Spotless Society. By booking our services, you (“client,” “customer”) agree to the following:

1. Services Provided

We offer cleaning services based on the package selected.

Service details, frequency and pricing will be confirmed before the appointment.

​

2. Booking & Scheduling

​

  • Appointments must be booked in advance.

  • You will receive a confirmation once your appointment is scheduled.

  • Please ensure we have access to your property at the scheduled time.

If access is denied (locked doors, gate issues, etc.), service may be cancelled and a service charge may apply.

3. Cancellations

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Late cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

​

4. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service or as agreed prior.

  • Accepted payment methods include: cash, debit/credit card or digital payment apps.

​

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure the best service, the client agrees to:

  • Provide a safe, accessible workspace

  • Secure pets (if needed)

  • Remove sensitive or valuable items before cleaning

  • Provide accurate information about the property

We are not responsible for damage caused by items that were already unstable, improperly installed or fragile.

6. Safety & Working Conditions

Our cleaners have the right to:

  • Decline service if they feel unsafe

  • Refuse tasks that involve biohazards, excessive hoarding, mold, or unsafe environments

Additional charges may apply for excessively dirty conditions or add-ons not included in the original service.

7. Damages & Liability

  • We take great care, but accidental damage may occur.

  • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • We are not responsible for:

    • Normal wear and tear

    • Items not disclosed as fragile

    • Pre-existing issues

We maintain liability coverage for accidental damages caused by our staff.

8. Satisfaction We strive for excellent service.

If you have concerns, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address them promptly.

9.  Property Access & Security

  • We respect your privacy and property.

  • Keys, entry codes and access instructions must be accurate.

  • We do not duplicate keys or share access information with unauthorized parties.

​

10. Supplies & Equipment

We provide our own cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise agreed.

If you prefer your own products, please notify us in advance.

11. Privacy 

All client information is kept confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

​

12. Changes to Terms 

We may update these Terms at any time.

The most recent version will always be available upon request.
